
How it All Started
Hello!
I’m Claire, a 50-year-old currently navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause. With nearly 10 years of experience in healthcare, over the years, I’ve supported countless patients with pain management, stress relief, and whole-body wellness.
Like many women, I was surprised by how difficult it was to find clear and practical information about perimenopause/menopause. That experience led me to dive deeper into the research and pursue training as a Menopause Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong.
Through this site I share evidence-informed strategies for nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle so women can better understand their bodies and feel supported through every stage of menopause.


My Mission
My mission is to empower women with compassionate, evidence-based support throughout perimenopause and menopause. My aim is to to create a safe, welcoming space where women feel heard—not dismissed—while providing practical tools, education, and guidance rooted in real-life experience and professional training.
